TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a rental with Duners Hut, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental.

2. Liability & Safety

Off-road driving involves inherent risks. All renters must sign a liability waiver before operating the vehicle. Helmets (provided) must be worn at all times. Use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a refund, excluding the processing fee.
  • Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a refund of any amounts paid, minus a non-refundable 3% processing fee. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
  • Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
  • No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
  • Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

4. Large Group & Associated Party Policy

To ensure vehicle availability for all guests, our Large Group Policy applies to any single reservation, or any combination of individual reservations, totaling four (4) or more vehicles that are associated with the same party, event, or coordinated trip.

  • Linked Reservations: If guests book separately but are traveling, riding, or coordinating together as a single party of 4 or more vehicles, all associated reservations are subject to the Large Group Policy.
  • Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. (For individual bookings identified as part of a larger group, 50% of the paid total immediately becomes non-refundable).
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the rental date.
  • Cancellations: Group and associated party cancellations made 14 or more days in advance will forfeit the 50% deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date are 100% non-refundable.
  • Processing Fees: Any approved exceptions or refunds are strictly subject to a 3% deduction to cover unrecoverable credit card processing fees.

5. Damage Policy

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence, reckless driving, or violation of park rules.
