TERMS OF SERVICE

By booking a rental with Duners Hut, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Requirements

All drivers must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental.

2. Liability & Safety

Off-road driving involves inherent risks. All renters must sign a liability waiver before operating the vehicle. Helmets (provided) must be worn at all times. Use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the reservation time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

4. Damage Policy

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence, reckless driving, or violation of park rules.
